Perfect setting-next to a nature reserve.BUT...
Bit worrying the amount of open campfires around!
Reasonably priced.BUT...
Facilities left a lot to be desired. Yes they were regularly cleaned, however only 2 out of the 3 showers worked in the ladies block and for the size of the site that's not enough! Thank goodness there's 2 'family bathrooms' ... Read More (Date of experience: Aug, 2010 )

For an expensive campsite Hurst View had little to recommend it. There were few toilets dotted around, and these weren't in great shape. The ladies had no light in it, and was a very long way from the field that I was in ... Read More

We went to Hurst View for 4 days May Bank Hols 2009. The location of the camp site is great, located close to cycle route to various places and lovely views but the facilities were awful. There were 3 showers in the ladies and mens toilets and 2 family bathrooms, not enough for the amount of people staying on the site, you either had to queue or have a shower at 1am to avoid the queues!! Altho we saw them being cleaned they were still dirty ... Read More
