Booked an ensuite caravan site fro 2 nights, park half empty, given site with huge metal septic pit in the middle(very noisy) Ensuite filthy(dried urine on toilet seat, mud in shower etc) Rang office 'oops cleaning mistake!'told to use next door ensuite - OK things happen! next night have own ensuite back, no hot water!
