We enjoyed the hospitality of the Collins Family and their staff (We love you Julie!) at the Birling Gap Hotel for many, many years. In fact, our daughter, now 23, seems to have grown up there. My wife particularly liked her early morning swim in the sea and all the chats she had with the locals on the beach like 'Oh, been to France again this morning?'
