My friend and I experienced a really poor service offered by the Halicat Tours. We booked a Whale tour on 6 July 2011 and received a confirmation email. However, on that day, we were waiting at Rose Bay early in the morning and it turned out there is no tour for the day without any notification ... Read More (Date of experience: Jul, 2011 )
