We had a Queen Chalet Spa room and apart from looking a bit outdated, it was value for money. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very central to everything also. While the staff were helpful in the Reception area the rooms where not worth staying in... The initial room was full of cracks and the lounge was covered in dog hair!!! (In a no pets hotel!!) The bath had a huge crack down the middle - shower over bath ... Read More (Date of experience: Jan, 2010 )
