Booked a 24 seater coach. When it arrived it was a very old bus with no heating, the roof leaked in at least 2 places and constantly dripped, some of the seats were so wet they could not be used. The CD player didn't work, the door didn't shut properly and let wet in and it wouldn't go about 50 mph!
