My family has stayed here 3 times (1st time just after opening)..we considered it the best resort we have ever stayed at....BUT..this time, Jan 2009, noticed that maintenance and general upkeep is lacking, we had 5 globes out in our room (took 3 calls to get a response and eventual repair), the A/C has now broken down (yesterday was the hottest day/night in 10 years) and will be 4 days before they can get someone ...
