This place is way over rated. Site fees are far too high (they charge for the site and per person!!); the sites are very very run down as is the whole park overall. On our visit the very limited amenities were absolutely filthy and appears they have not been cleaned ... Read More (Date of experience: Jan, 2011 )

Additional InfoThe region has plenty to see and do, just down the road are the Wee Jasper Caves and the Wee Jasper Pub, which serves up a great meal. The Murrumbateman Wineries are only 20 minutes away and the famous Peter Crisp Gallery has gorgeous art. Canberra, the nations capital, is only 45 minutes away.
