Nullarbor Traveller

I book the hostel well in advance and two month later and one month before my stay, the administrator Hannah, send me an email informing me that they do not have place in the female dorm I reserved. After a few impolite emails I was informed that my booking was cancelled. I called long distance and there was no one to talk to.

I did not stay at the hotel so i cannot rate the cleanliness and location but I had to add my rate to be able to write the review. For my brief experience with the hostel, the service is plain bad and disrespectful. (Date of experience: Aug, 2010 )
