Kidz Biz Playhouse and Cafe

First impression was disbelief. Stairs. Lots of them. But there is a bell to ring and the lovely staff will assist you and your pram up the stairs. The toddler area is not fenced off - not a big deal if you watch your kids. Strong gate between playground and stairs, but no child-blocking of the toilets.
The playground itself is pretty good. Very clean.. Some hard surfaces in the toddlers' area which could cause a few bumps. But plenty to keep the kiddies entertained for ages. The big playground is safe enough even for toddlers.
The food is varied and reasonably priced, and the staff are lovely - especially Annette.

Entry fee is extremely reasonable.
