Miami Caravan Park is a 3 star park. We do not claim to be 'Resort' style accommodation. We offer affordable, comfortable accommodation to suit many budgets. If our guests are unhappy with their room, we ensure we can make them comfortable. This is what we offered to this guest, we also touched base to make sure of their comfort to which we were under the impression it was suitable. I would encourage people to do their research on accommodation and make sure it is right for them, especially if they are used to a higher star rating. There are plenty of options out there and with the guidance of the internet you can see pictures and ask plenty of questions if you have any concerns. We welcome people to check our accommodation before they check-in. During peak seasons most of our ensuite accommodation is the first to go and therefore we can only offer what is available.
