Chestnut Glade provides a romantic getaway for 2 in their Nanking Cottage. Out in the middle of Chestnut trees it provides a relaxing escape from the everyday. The Nanking cottage is very enjoyable with an open fire place and a large 2-person spa as definite highlights. I recommend this place as a great place to stay for one night or a weekend as long as the local infrastructure holds out.

Getting ThereChestnut Glade is located 90km northeast of Melbourne. Maroondah Highway ascends past Healesville through the famous Black Spur canopy. On the right hand side is Black Spur Roadhouse, 200m past take a right turn onto Manby Rd and situated 300m along on the left is Chestnut Glade.
