The Continental Hotel Phillip Island

We stayed in the "executive spa suite" which is supposedly one of their best and it was terrible. The outside chairs were so dirty we couldnt sit on them, there was an empty beer bottle on our balcony, the balcony door was nearly impossible to open and when we did our hands were filthy, the screen door just pushed open and offered no security from the footpath or drunken bogans walking past, the TV remote was sticky taped together and two of the three light globes were broken and took hours to fix. When we complained to the manager she was defensive and rude. I would never stay there again. (Date of experience: Nov, 2009 )
