Shamrock Hotel Northam

Will NEVER go back. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and this has been the worst service and experience we have ever had!!!
The whole experience was not pleasant, as for the Manager I don't think he even knows the meaning of pleasant. We PAID for bed and breakfast.
Breakfast consisted of 3 cereals, cold milk, 3 slices old bread left in a bar fridge a toaster that did not work.After searching for some staff we eventually had 2 frozen squashed loaves and another toaster delivered.
Would you believe one of the Managers coments when I complained....Breakfast is actually complimentry!!!What more can I say????Do yourself and your pocket a favour and stay somewhere else...It most certainly cannot be a worse experience!!! (Date of experience: Apr, 2011 )
