Again - I cannot apologise enough for the mix up with above booking.
Unlikely as it may sound, there were two people with the same (first) name booked for accommodation. As management received a cancellation email the two bookings were unfortunately mixed up and the wrong one cancelled.
When arriving, I did offer to arrange alternative accommodation and arrange for them to be taken there. However being tried, upset and quite aggressive they instead asked me to Just order us a taxi.
I sympathise with these ladies as they had worked a full day and been on a long, tiring flight only to find that the accommodation they had booked had been cancelled - not a great start to holiday.
However, I am in no doubt that if these two ladies had stayed at Danum House, they would have had the same positive & memorable experience as one can read of on other online review of Danum House sites.
