Birch House

Birch House was a perfect cottage to get away and experience a little bit of luxury, whilst still feeling comfortable having fun with the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the little touches such as wine, chocolates, fresh brewed coffee, huge selection of specialty teas and pancakes with maple syrup. The beautiful bed linen, large comfy beds and huge fluffy towels are unsurpassed. Everything is thought of, including a picnic bag, umbrellas for inclement weather, wireless internet, DVDs, books, games, and all mod cons. Koroit is a beautiful, quaint town, very close to both Warrnambool and Port Fairy. We had plenty to do with the kids with Tower Hill just a short drive and we even saw whales. We found it hard to decide whether to get out and about, or stay back at the cottage enjoying the gorgeous cottage garden, log fires, or visiting the ducks at the neighbour's house. This time we holidayed with just the family, but the cottage easily accommodates more with two queen beds, two singles, and a separate studio with another queen bed and all the same luxury and attention to detail as the cottage. We will definitely stay again!!
