Great location but inconsistant quality

Have stayed here 4-5 times. Love the location, can't beat it with restaurant precinct in easy walking distance. Hotel is new but attention to state of each apartment is very inconsistent. We have had problems with; the oven, TV's and DVDs not working, no light bulbs in lamps, toilet paper running out and no spare roll or tissues even, no staff at front desk to report this problem, very stale bread served at breakfast due to fresh bread not being delivered (hello there is a mini store across the road !!) For a new property this is pretty slack, management need to lift their game and oversee quality control much better. Some reception staff are excellent and helpful, especially Kate and Abby.

Thankyou for your feedback. Spare toilet rolls are stored in cupboard under the laundry tub in the bathroom for your convenience; I will consider the possibilities for another location which is more visible. We acknowledge the technical nature of some of the appliances in the apartments and are currently working on an information card detailing how to operate appliances such as the oven, microwave and home theatre system. The problem with stale bread is the result of an air-conditioning vent directly above toast station. This will be resolved with the provision of a covered tray.
