There are so many special things about the Epiphyte, As a sole parent travelling with a child, a family or just a couple or individual this place will definitely meet your expectations, When we first drove up to the Epiphyte my daughter said too me 'wow mum are we staying here?', it was very pleasing to the eye, we felt like we were in the mountains yet in the rain forest and then so close to the most beautiful beach Cow bay beach. The incredible hospitality that was extended to us by Ernie and his lovely wife Glenda was nothing short of homely and inviting , it was obvious that they enjoyed inviting people not only to their B & B but their part of the world, Ernie ensured that all of our needs were met, and gave us the inside information on the best beaches that the other tourist don't know about, this must be true as we visited the beach he recommended and there was no one on the beach except his guest, wow that beach is beautiful, The breakfast was beautiful and filling of local fruits yogurts just to mention a few, but most of all the conversation on the veranda over breakfast with other guests I highly recommend the Epiphyte, the wildlife is just at your finger tips, just ask Ernie about the resident goannas or the Cassowaries.
