Argus Apartments Darwin

I found my stay to be utterly disgusting. Managers & staff just stand around talking to each other when there are people in reception.. If managers can't even pay attention to how they present themselves (untucked & non-ironed shirts) how can they expect their staff to care. One of their receptionist was so unhappy with life it seemed and she clearly didn't want to be there. No hellos or smiles when passing through the lobby. Dirty reception area for a place which is only supposedly a year old or so. They should try keep it more clean as this the first impression.The only good thing about the place is some of the housekeeping staff always happy and friendly. I would never go back there again and I will tell everyone not to stay there either. I have been here on previous occassions but the standard seems to have dropped dramatically and these new owners will need to pick up their game if they want to keep their business running or risk going bust (Date of experience: Nov, 2010 )
