I stayed at Jobry Country Retreat for two nights in January 2010 with my husband, our six month old baby and my parents-in-law. Joann and Brian were wonderful hosts and their bed and breakfast is the ultimate in comfort. Nothing was too much trouble chocolate bars, water and port provided in our room. A bar fridge and a heated towel rail. I dont even have that luxury at home!
Joann and Brian and their two dogs are also incredibly friendly. They made us feel like part of the family instead of paying guests and even shared some chocolate trifle with us for dessert one night!
If you stay here when the weather is nice, I recommend that you eat your breakfast out on the verandah. The view is beautiful!
If we're ever back down near Bridgetown, there's no question about where we'll be staying. (Date of experience: Jan, 2010 )
