Coffee House Luxury Apartment Motel

We stayed at the coffee house about a year ago and were impressed by the motel and restaurant, so we came back. We regret that now. We arrived and were greeted by a receptionist who had no idea what he was doing. Must have been his first day or something. He did not have a very friendly manner. The rooms are now starting to look dated and are not a 4.5 star standard. We went to the restaurant for dinner. One staff member franticly tried to serve everyone. She tried her best, but extra staff members were needed. In a result, service was extremely poor. This is not the type of motel and restaurant the coffee house was a year ago. The standards have fallen. We will be trying elsewhere, next time we stay in Rockhampton.
