We hired two vehicles for middle aged families with young children. The female at the orientation was extremely friendly and explained the so called Manager "Danny" was away.

Not only did two vehicles break down, one within driving five kilometres from pickup, but after sitting on the island for hours on the day of return, waiting for them to pick us up, their vehicle being driven across to "rescue!!" us also broke down on the rainbow beach side. After hours we finally arrived to return the vehicles and nobody was there to take the keys. The female had gone out to get parts to fix their old and unroadworthy vehicles and told us she would not be back. We left the keys with the woman in the shop next door. We then received a phone call a couple of days later saying that we would not be receiving a bonds back.

They sent a photo of the underside of a wheel rim claiming damage had been occasioned to the vehicle and they retained our bond to fix it. This entire reason was a lie and was done because we complained about them to the now aggressive female and the so called manager DANNY who we have never seen. He was extremely arrogant and rude and laughed about being able to keep our money. The other families vehicle's clutch had gone and he also kept the bond. This vehicle had over 300,000 kms on it and was a replacement vehicle for the one that broke down on the first day.

DO NOT HIRE THESE VEHICLES - THIS BUSINESS IS FRAUDULENT AND WILL KEEP YOUR BOND. HE WILL ONLY INFORM YOU AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT AND THEREFORE CANNOT VIEW FOR YOURSELF THE SO CALLED DAMAGE HE IS NOW CLAIMING TO FIND.
