Good Time Harbour Cruises

The boat itself was excellent but the operators were terrible. We were shut down after 4 hours when we had paid for 6 hours. They were wreckless with dangerous equipment and told us if it broke it was our problem. Bar staff were very unprofessional and the main supervisor was petty, spiteful and unreasonable. I wouldnt trust them to run a childrens party. If your a professional DO NOT USE THEM. Very disappointed. They refuse to have a contract so they can do whatever they like at your event. Not to mention all the randoms that were brought on board. Upon arrival as the client I was not even greeted. They ran late then shut us down early and told me they didnt care. Disgusting treatment.
