Raging Bull Stonegrill

I am an accomplished diner, we like Stonegrill and dropped into Hervey Bay to enjoy dinner. The service was nothing short of disgusting. We waited 20 minutes to order, we ordered 2 steak stones, 1 with side prawns. 1.5 hours later and it still hadn't arrived.

We complained to the service Staff up at the counter but nothing happened for aother 10 minutes so back we go again and ask for the Owner. Out comes Sue and states that she didnt have the order but the kitchen Staff were yelling out that they did...... We waited another 10 minutes and it arrived. Food was great, very good quality. Complained again when paying, not even an apology, just a story that they were busy. The service Staff were hopeless.

My suggestion, go down the road to somewhere else. (Date of experience: Aug, 2011 )
