All Seasons Campervans

Hi just thought that I would help some ppl who are trying to decide which company to use for their holiday... and a special hello to all of the All Seasons staff! My daughter and I went for a weekend away we booked with a campervan rental company in Sydney. When we turned up to the company to pick up our campervan there was only a young girl working there that did not even bother to show us the vehicle. To top that all off we were told that there were some extra prices we had to pay and we were told our insurance excess was $5000! The vehicle wasn't even ready for us to pick up! We decided to speak to management and cancel our booking. We then searched the net and saw a great deal with All Seasons Campervans. We decided to ring them up before we made a decision. The customer service and the way they helped us made it extremely easy to make a decision to book with them they even suggested that they deliver the vehicle to us!! We had such a good time and Ii would like to thank them all for their great work especially the cheerful friendly girls in the office who helped us decide where we wanted to travel first and gave us some great destination ideas!
