Rivergods - Paddle Adventures

Only the early birds catch the best tours. We met our Guide in time in the City at the Wellington street bus station and the fun began. It was a 40 min ride with the Rivergods bus to Shoalwater bay where we got a perfect intro into how to paddle a kayak and a couple of fun games to wake up and get the mussles warmed up for the short paddle to seal Island where we had great fun with the playing sea lions our guide provided a lot of information about all the animals and their habbits. Then we took of to penguin island where we had a brekki snack with fresh fruits ,orange juice and biscuits to get us prepared for the penuin feeding ;) , they are so cute, after the feeding we took of to go snorkeling ad saw some big schools of fish and the water was just nice and refreshing. Lunchtime was awsome we all had 2 bread rolls with whatever we wanted there was a lot of things to choose from and it was just yummie. The Tour around the Island was the last thing we were doing on Penguin Island before paddleing back to shoalwater and again i have to say our guide was just awsome with his knowlege about the birds and the island.
So all in all one of the best tours i've ever made.
