Hopewood Health Retreat

I recently had a three day package at Hopewood that included a facial and two massages. There was a change with two of my massages, the last being on the morning I needed to check out. There was no flexibility with vacating the room, I was phoned the evening before around 9pm after I had just dozed off to sleep to see if I was in my room as there had been a paperwork mix up. When asking a question at reception I was patronised and then a snide comment made by one of the reception staff as I was walking away. I was charged on my final bill for an item I had paid cash for in the gift shop. I will be telling all my friends, family and club that I was organising a girls getaway not to bother with this establishment. (Date of experience: Oct, 2010 )
