Not a good experience

I spent a night there last month and was shocked. I've stayed in some average hostels before, but this is by far the worst. The rooms were filthy, the television didn't work, the bunks are rusty and the ladder was attached with string(no joke), and the toilet and shower were both leaking. Which meant I had to use the lobby toilet. The lobby toilet had no toilet paper or hand soap and the handles had fallen off the taps. The place looks like it hasn't been maintained since it opened. Well, apart from the dodgy-brothers plastering work, that is. And $3 for a can of Coke? The place is a shambles.

Currently under new management, it is agreed there is room for improvement. Some of our bunks do require replacing however you will find the mattress and linen are clean. When all is said and done a "bed is a bed" and the rooms are safe and secure, most of our guests are so busy on the coast a lot of the time it is the bags that are in the rooms far longer than the person who owns them. We encourage feedback and we encourage reviews but most of all we encourage our guest to have a blast whilst staying with us. Staff are friendly and helpful, we have a licensed Bar, free pool table and free hotspot internet, come with us nightly on our free club crawl.
