Capitol Square Hotel Sydney

I didn't get it when reading the overview of capitol square as "Stylish Sydney CBD accommodation". I couldn't believe this crappy old hotel is managed by Rydges. Because of Rydges name I booked this hotel for 2 nights during July 2007 school holiday. I booked for an aquarium package and breakfast for my family. The confirmation email mentioned "a spacious family room"...I couldn't believe how old, small the room is, and the bed is so so uncomfortable. When we checked in, no one knows about our aquarium vouchers, nor do they know about our breakfast vouchers. It's managed by Rydges, but please DON'T GET YOUR HOPE HIGH, in fact prepare to get disappointed.
