We held our wedding on the boat, and it was marvellous. The skipper, Rob, was just so friendly and helpful - couldn't have been better. Details: the boat is an old ferry converted into a tour boat. It HAS seen better days - the paintwork is a little tired - and even in its heyday it was never a glamour boat. But it is large and comfortable and friendly. We had the wedding ceremony on the top deck, and the reception meal on the lower deck. The boat is rated for about 150 passengers, but I think about 40 is a good number for a wedding. That means everyone can be seated on just one of the decks, plus there is also room for dancing. (Date of experience: May, 2010 )
