I first walked with Willis in 1989/90 in Kakadu and Keep River. Subsequently I have done numerous 2 week expeditions to places like the Mitchell Plateau, Bungle Bungles and most recently King George River.
These walks are the experience of a lifetime! You will never see so much high quality aboriginal art and evidence of their existence in the top end. Amazing birds and animals are always present, including the chance to spot rare or difficult to see species.
The routes are always well planned and visit the spectacular places in the local area. Camps are fabulous, comfortable and fun - always with a cool swim and lots of great conversation and relaxation.
The top end is like nowhere else on Earth and with Willis you can get up close and personal, stay safe, be well advised and informed by your guide, and enjoy wonderful food as well.
I highly recommend any walk that Willis puts their name to. Go and do it while you can. Every day on these walks is full of the wonder and beauty of northern Australia.
