Mariner Bay Apartments

I stayed at the Mariner Bay Apartments for my first time in Byron Bay, the location was great and it was close to everything.

I was disappointed however with the manager there, he was extremely rude and arrogant. He was very hostile, got extremely drunk on New Years Eve on the property and proceeded to abuse guests who were staying at the Apartments. This was not a single incident, upon speaking to other guests, this was a regualr occurence and not many were happy with his so called 'service.'

While the apartments were well equipped, they were not the cleanest and could have been more updated. The price of the apratments for the week that we stayed, did not equate to the quality we received.

Overall the experience was average and with so many other options for accomodation in Byron Bay, I cant say I would recommend it to anyone. (Date of experience: Jan, 2012 )
