My husband and I have just spent a weekend here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I echo everything the previous reviews have said, there is nothing to criticise at this guesthouse. The location is superb, a totally peaceful haven. It is not walking distance to any of the restaurants, but they phoned a transfer service who picked us up from the door at a specified time, and then picked us up from the restaurant at a specified time to take us back to our room. This was at a very reasonable cost and I would highly recommend using it. The breakfast service is brilliant, lovely food delivered to your room at a time you request the night before. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only slight gripe we had concerned the shower suddenly changing temperature when the next room must have used the tap)... but the total verdict is definitely a place we will return to.
