Booking the service was good, confirmation received.
However, after being at meeting point on time was phoned after an hour wait to be advised that I would have to wait another 2 hrs prior to leaving Sydney international airport. Since I had already endured a 35hr transit from Europe I asked my options. I was advised by the driver that due to the expected wait, it was my choice and a refund would be provided. However, after finding my own way home to Newcastle at 9:30pm on a Monday night, I will not be receiving any refund; even though happy cabby acknowledge that their website does not reference possible wait times. Make sure you recheck your bookings as well, as they also had me booked in to use the service again in two days time, which I had not made that booking.
