BreakFree Acapulco

BreakFree Acapulco prides itself on its clean rooms and magnificent ocean views and it saddens us to read this review, as if we had known about these issues, we would have done everything in our power to rectify them. The location of BreakFree Acapulco means that all rooms have good ocean views, but some of the northern rooms dont overlook the ocean directly, but also have the benefit of hinterland views, which can be quite spectacular at sunset. Like any high-rise accommodation, it can be windy on the balcony, in certain weather conditions. The property undergoes a regular refurbishment and maintenance programme and all of the elevators were updated a couple of years ago and since this stay have had new carpet. There is one car parking space per unit, which is allocated on check in. As only a quarter of our guests bring their car, the carpark is usually not overly busy. We appreciate all feedback as we strive to provide good-value holiday experiences on the Gold Coast.
