The apartment was great, but the service was shocking. The managers clearly need some lessons in customer service. We were made to feel as if we were a nuisance as soon as we walked into reception. We asked a simple question such as how do we open the car park door and received a huge sigh and "oh my god". We did not appreciate being spoken to like idiots. Manners don't cost anything and this husband and wife could certainly do with learning some!!
