I put in a specific request by email for a car mounting point for my childs safety seat. I then received an email stating that this was all in order only to find that when we went to pick up the vehicle there was no way to safely set in the child seat. Ezi tours could not provide the correct vehicle or a replacement so we wasted a whole day ringing around to find another vehicle to start our holiday with; not easy since 99% of rental companies were booked out!! I was not impressed by their disregard for my request and have received no apology for wasting my valuable holiday time.
