Katoomba Town Centre Motel

I stayed at the travel lodge recently and also found the man at the front desk very rude and strange. A lot of people on other sites have also complained about the man at the front desk, so obviously it was not a 'relief person' but is in fact the manager of the motel.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with a staff member. We apologise for this however we have checked whom was on duty the day you stayed and found that it was a relief Person whom has since moved on. Please feel free to contact us as we would like to help you stay in the Blue Mountains. The breakfast is not cordon bleu and we never advertise it as such. It is a full Hot Buffet breky where you can have as much as you like. Thanks.
