Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments

My boyfriend and I went to the coast for a holiday. We experienced rude receptionists, who set us up to a dirty room when we checked in, and received no apology when we informed them. They blamed us for arriving early. I didn't know it was ok to blame your customers for the hotels mistakes. The service was appalling! I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel.
