Crowne Plaza Hotel Perth

We really enjoyed our visit to East Perth - Thanks Guys. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is so close to Hierisson Island - meant we could walk along the river foreshore, past Lake Vasto - through the newly Landscaped Foreshore - on the way. The family of Kangaroos live at the CITY END of the island, and they are easy to photograph - once you find them. When you have found them, you know you have found the coolest SHADIEST area.. - that is, apart from your hotel suite. Cycle ways are all AROUND the City and most freeways, but few actually in the City. The nearest Cycleway is across the park, beside the river, which can take you up around East Perth, Claisebrook, Banks Reserve (rest area) Bardon Park Maylands, Bayswater, Ashfield, to Bassendean from there - it is parallel to the river until you get to ALFREDS KITCHEN in Guildford - where they make Great Burgers while you wait by the roadside Open "Fireplace" - all sorts of folks get to meet. Pea and Ham soup is GREAT, as is the Sweet Lamb Curry. - There are a range of Real Hamburgers too. after which - the quiet hotel room, overlooking the Swan River is the perfect place for a good night sleep.. enjoy...
