Thanks for the opportunity to respond to the comments made on January 14 by one of our guests The BIG4 North Star Holiday Resort provides a total family activity inclusive package in the one off fee structured for the Christmas school holidays with the theme of Kids Rule as such almost without exception all guests are families with children, total numbers between 5 and 10 depending on the capacity of the accommodation or site. They are here to enjoy the comprehensive and professional programs organised each morning, afternoon and Evening by our 8 activity staff. Additionally there is a fantastic New Years Eve program including a range of rides, games, music and dancing which is planned for all the family and a must attend celebration for guests. There is one car-park provided as a minimum for each of the accommodation units together with another 36 car parking spaces at the resort for guests use also there are no extra charges for linen and a full service is provided free every 7 days or more frequently if requested. The security aspect of the resort is taken most seriously with evening caretakers on duty every night until at least mid-night, also the local security company are employed to patrol the resort nightly which together with several CCTV cameras monitoring movement guests are delighted with the care shown. We can completely understand that some guests holidaying without children over Christmas could find the experience not to their liking, however in keeping with the excellent reputation of the resort, is the widely publicised money back guarantee policy which states that" if we do not meet your total expectations with service and facilities, within an hour of your arrival we will happily refund all monies paid this policy has been in place for the past 15 years.
