WARNING - Don't do it!

All I can say is 'Don't do it'! At first you will be pleasantly suprised at how nice the property is and how quiet the area is.
The service we had from the owners can only be described as 'disgusting and horribly rude'. My partner and I were very upset at the customer service received and how we were spoken to by the managers. It was almost as if we were a burden to them and they would rather not have the business.

No way to run a business and I will definetly never recommend this place to anyone. I suggest you do the same!

As owners and operators of Outlook Hill we had legitimate concerns with the stay of guest Laura..These were raised with in a courteous manner but unfortunately the response was both ungracious and churlish.Reviewers can be assured that other forums and our guest books are full of glowing and positive comments. These review postings should offer objective criticism and useful information to the viewer - and we will always respect fair criticism.But here we have a malicious posting intended only to damage our long standing good reputation.
