Great place to relax and unwind

This is a magical corner of the world. Our cottage (Cormorant) was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, perched just metres above the lake - a superb view to wake up to in the mornings. A bonus was the canoe - we paddled out across the lake several times; my wife felt very safe as the water was less than a metre deep! At the Northern end, there is a sandbank, and the water is only a few inches deep, so you have to get out and walk the canoe over this - but it's very easy, then you can paddle up the beautiful creeks. The owners, Bill and Christine, and all their staff, are very friendly and helpful; a lovely spot to get away from the stresses of living and relax - yet Noosa is just 10 minutes drive away. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.
