Candlelight Lodge

The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the location is great. It's just two minutes from the village centre and the dining room has absolutely stunning views of the mountains! The hotels outstanding point was the friendliness and dedication of the staff. This had been apparent throughout our stay however after our completely disorganized tour operator (OzSnow Adventures) had messed up our return travel the staff at the Candlelight were literally incredible. They did everything in their power to assist firstly in finding alternate transport back to Sydney and subsequently when both this and finding alternate accommodation proved impossible they put some mattresses down in the sauna room and let us stay there! Such levels of customer service are hard to find and I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.
