Genuine 5 star
by Steelo (prior to 01/07/2010) As a OTHERI'm amazed by the concierge/reception staff! The car is received, whisked away and later returned when needed - so different from other international hotels (e.g. Waldorf Astoria, which is dreadful). Have returned many times and will continue to do so. I would NEVER rate a hotel as "truly spectacular". How crass can you be! But the hotel is wonderful, staff friendly and attentive and facilities commensurate with cost.
