The description of "waterside on the Swan River" fails to advise that there is an 8 lane freeway right at your front door and is blatant false advertising. It is not waterside by any stretch of the imagination and is highly over-rated. While convenient in terms of walking distance to South Perth shopping and ferry terminal, don't expect a quiet night's sleep as the traffic roars past 24/7. Car parking is very tight and access is not much better. There is nothing at the units to entertain children of any age. The security gates were all broken so access was available to anyone at any time. (Date of experience: Apr, 2010 )

Assured Waterside is conveniently located in South Perth, overlooking the Swan River and has easy access to the freeway. Whilst the front apartments are closer to the freeway, some clients request these for the river views. Parking is provided complimentary within security fencing and unfortunately we have had maintenance issues with the gates which are being dealt with.
