Gone Fishing - Cooktown

Hi folks, Gordie here. Im that ruggedly handsome brute in the photo! Words can't describe my thoughts when I first hooked that monster, my first ever Barra!! I caught it in Lakefield National Park just after the season had opened. I COULD tell you where, but then Id have to KILL you! hehehe. But, my mate Mark CAN take you there. Go for it folks, it's such a beautiful place, unique palms, beautiful lakes and the colours of the water lilies simply take your breath away, and most important of all, the place is teaming with monsters like this one! Thank you again Mark for such a wonderful day (or should I say week, but that folks is another story!....................) :) Cheers, Gordie
