Char grilled damper bread with lemon myrtle oil, moreton bay bug squid ink risotto, wild limes, emu a lorange wilted greens, quandong confit, wattleseed crme brulee, panna cotta macadamia biscotti.
We gorged ourselves on this sumptuous festival of flavours....
of course we also tried as many of the local "drinks" as possible.. wines, cocktails, beers.
Now I can truly say
"I've done Australia!"
