Westwood Cottage

Such a disappointment. It looked so good and well kept on internet. Kitchen and bathroom relatively clean. Walls, floors, everywhere inside and out, was covered in a very thick layer of dust, cobwebs, spiders, spider nests and ants everywhere, including beds. Furniture had not been cleaned for a very long time, windows and curtains were disgusting. Floors needed washing.
Gardener turned up at 9am on Sunday morning wanting to mow lawns!
On our return home, I sent email to owners, but to date, no response. Obviously they do not care. The irony is that prior to visiting, and also notes in cottage book, were very specific about leaving the property clean and tidy, or we would be charged $75 an hour for extra cleaning!
