QT Gold Coast

We stayed here for our 20th anniversary & paid a bit more than we usually would by getting a special romance package to mark the occasion & make it more memorable. We were not disappointed! From the moment we entered our room we were blown away ... soft music was playing, curtains drawn, lights dimmed, candles lit, rose petals forming a path to the bedroom & lying in the shape of a heart on the bed, champagne corked alongside sumptuous chocolate strawberries, spa bath filled & waiting & gift boxed bath robes for us to keep. The room was 1 bedroom with a separate lounge with little bar area. A 2 course dinner in the restaurant was also included as was buffet breakfast the next morning ... both absolutely beautiful. The hotel is also situated at the quieter end of Surfers so you don't get all the noise. My only gripe would be the small balcony & the fact that we had to look through 2 other buildings to get a glimpse of the ocean ... but we certainly aren't complaining as everything else far exceeded our expectations. What more can I say?? I would thoroughly recommend this package to other couples for a truly unforgettable experience! (Date of experience: Sep, 2008 )
